Nestled among rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, our first Citadel Garden village is taking shape in the Istrian countryside. This region offers fertile land, a mild climate, deep local traditions, and excellent access from across Europe.

Here in Istria, we’re building a small-scale, high-quality village designed for families, remote workers, and those seeking a slower, more grounded lifestyle. With 25 homes planned, shared spaces for food production and collaboration, and the first houses already under construction, this village marks the beginning of a growing network of regenerative communities.
